How Will You Upload Photos & Videos From Facebook On Your Ipad

Want the easiest and fastest way to share a photo to Facebook? There’s no need to open the Safari browser and load Facebook’s web page to share your latest photo. You can do so directly from the Photos app or even from the Camera right after snapping the photo.  You can also easily upload videos you’ve recorded on your iPad.

How to Upload a Photo or Video to Facebook Through Photos

  • Connect Your iPad to Facebook. If you haven’t already done so, you will want to connect your iPad to Facebook in your iPad’s settings. You can do this by opening the iPad’s settings, tapping Facebook from the left-side menu and logging in to Facebook from this screen. This will give you a variety of shortcuts to Facebook while using your iPad. More Info on How to Connect Your iPad to Facebook
  • Go to Your Photos. Once connected to Facebook, uploading photos to Facebook is a snap. First, go to the Photos app and choose which photo you want to upload.
• Share the Photo. Tap the Share Button at the top of the screen. This looks like a rectangle with an arrow coming out of it. This will bring up a window called the Shared Sheet with different sharing options such as sending the photo through an email or text message.
  • Share to Facebook. After you have connected Facebook to your iPad, a Facebook button will appear in this Share Sheet. Simply tap Facebook and you will be prompted to input a comment for the photo. When you are ready, tap the Post button at the top right corner of the pop-up window.
  • You Can Share a Video The Same Way! There’s no need to do anything special to share that video on Facebook. Follow these same directions but choose a video instead of a photo and you can upload it to your Facebook page.
  • Take a Photo or Video and Share It. Remember, when you take a photo or shoot a video using the Camera, you have quick access to all photos and videos you’ve taken in that session. Just tap the photo that appears in the Camera app and you can flip through those recent shots. And the great part is you can share it right from this screen using these same instructions.

And that’s it. You should be able to see the photo in your news feed just as you would any photo you upload to Facebook.

How to Upload Multiple Photos to Facebook on Your iPad

Believe it or not, it is as easy to upload multiple photos to Facebook as it is to upload just a single photo. And you can do this in the Photos app as well. One advantage to using Photos to upload pictures is that you can quickly edit the photo before uploading it. Apple’s magic wand tool can do wonders to bring out the color in a photograph.

  1. First, open the Photos app and choose the album containing the photos.
  2. Next, tap the Select button in the upper-right corner of the screen.
  3. This puts you in multiple selection mode, which allows you to choose multiple photos. Simply tap each photo you want to upload and a blue check mark will appear on photos that are selected.
  4. After you have selected all of the photos you want to upload, tap the Share Button in the upper-left corner of the display.
  5. The Share Sheet window will appear with several options, including sending via email, although email is limited to just 5 photos at a time. Choose Facebook to start the upload process.
  6. The next screen will let you type in a comment for the photos before uploading them. Simply tap the Post button on the upper-right corner of the dialogue box when you are ready to upload.

You Can Also Upload Photos in Facebook

Of course, you don’t need to go to the Photos app to upload an image to Facebook. If you are already in the Facebook app, you can simply tap the Photo button under the new comment box at the top of the screen. This will bring up a selection screen of photos. You can even select multiple photos. And if you are having a hard time determining which photo to choose, you can use the pinch-to-zoom gesture to zoom into a photo.

Using the Photos app is preferable when you aren’t already browsing Facebook because it makes finding the photo much easier.
